The site is diagonal in shape with great slopes (>35%). It has an excellent view and is surrounded by pine trees. The design involved Two Houses with basements and swimming pools. The houses are of the same size.
During the design stage special emphasis was drawn to the creation of simple volumes and the colors used in order to obtain harmony with the site’s natural environment.
Internally, the houses had to answer the demands of their owners who are modern and imaginative people with strong personalities.
