The complex consists of three independent residences with a total area of 236 sqm. Each residence has an underground garage and storage. Α sloped path rises high to the south, where there is a swimming pool with a landscaped recreation area.
Due to the slope of the ground, three independent levels providing access to all main uses, were created. The total height difference between the top and bottom levels is 21 m. The first level ends with the serpentine shaped path starting from the north. This level provides access to the small house for the guests to the north, and to the two independent residences to the south through landscaped spaces.
On the second level, the ground floors of the two L-shaped independent houses are developed in a way that enhances owners privacy. The ground floor of each residence includes the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom.
The third level concerns the landscaped pool area. It is located higher than all the others and has a privileged view.
