Seafront Elliptical Summer Residences

Seafront Elliptical Residences is a project concept delivered for a client that wished to create three small apartments for hospitality use. Arranged in two levels in a small plot, this project is located in Northern Crete. Two of the apartments are developed in the ground floor while the third one at the upper floor enjoying the unobstracted view over the sea. Each residence has a private swimming pool and a jacuzzi installation.

The entrance to the plot is on the western side of the lot, where the parking spaces is also located. The organic elliptical form of the complex benefits the design offering flexibility and various views over the sea and the coast of Chersonissos.
