A Bookcase for domestic use that pays homage to the work and artistic creations of the Dutch Painter Piet Mondrian. This is about the three-dimensional apodosis of the painter’s characteristic synthetic principles, to which a bookcase use is given. Cabinets and/or drawers are located in place of the full (with color) elements of the construction grid depending on their size. In turn, the main construction grid has been defined and based on the universal dimensions of the office folder (285x350x80 mm), while its smaller subdivisions correspond to the universal size of the compact disc case (125x145x10 mm).
