Golf & Resort in Matala

In the years 2003 to 2005, our practice was assigned by Greenwell S.A., of Belgian interests, to proceed to the design of a Golf Resort in an area of 250 hectars situated in Matala,  Crete. The Preliminary Layout was developed with the cooperation of other practices and had to do with an ambitious Housing Project that would comprise an 18-hole golf course, a Five-star hotel, a Spa, a Conference Centre and Holiday Residences – Villas. The preliminary layout also provided for roads and zoning with use of land, and was supplemented with a Preliminary Architectural Design of model holiday residences.
